Voices of Leadership at BRAIN DISCOVERY WORLD SCHOOL

Our Vision

To foster a democratic environment where students take ownership of their school experience, develop crucial leadership skills, and contribute actively to a positive, inclusive, and innovative school culture.

How to Get Involved (Elections & Selection)

  1. Annual Elections: Every year, students from designated grades (e.g., Grades 8-12) may stand for election.
  2. The Campaign: Candidates present manifestos, deliver speeches, and campaign ethically to gain student votes.
  3. The Vote: The entire student body participates in a confidential, secret ballot process to elect their representatives.
  4. Selection for Cabinet: Key roles like Ministers/Secretaries may be appointed by the Head of School/Staff Advisor based on interviews, demonstrated skills, and recommendations.
